Mission

Provide on-sight, telephonic, virtual, or internet-based instruction to prepare you for personal performances and challenges. The instruction will include facilitated discussions, breakout groups, and challenges that will require you to draw upon what you have learned from personal experiences, professional challenges, and training sessions with me. Finally, overall debrief and discussions will tie together the activities and instruction and how to apply what has been learned to your up-and-coming performance demands.  

Embedded Consultant

Some organizations require an embedded consultant to move freely throughout the organization to understand organic issues, mental health challenges, and to understand how human resource practice may inhibit the growth of individuals mentally and physically.

Availability, Privacy, and Time can be barriers to overcome personal challenges. Utilizing a variety of resources to improve personal performance may start with working someone to provide accountability to personal growth goals. 

Small Groups/Teams

Groups and teams will be challenged to work together to identify inter-group issues. The challenge will be used to create a problem solving atmosphere where performance skills can be taught and developed to foster cohesion, teamwork, and improved performance. 

Organizational Change

One of my favorite challenges to take on for leaders. Teaching mid-level leaders how to embrace the vision and mission of the company. This is a challenging process for any CEO. Working directly with a consultant who can capture what the guiding values should be, how the values can drive behavior, and what can be done to consistently improve the environment is incredibly rewarding for all parties.
